This week it will be 5 weeks since I began walking/hiking every day. In the beginning I would be breathing hard and it seemed like the walk (even though I enjoyed it) took a long time. My body would ache but I was committed to getting healthier and toning my body. Now, during my daily walk (now a hike) I’ve also added jogging and step ups to it because it didn’t seem long enough. My body feels stronger and healthier, and every day I look forward to getting out and doing that small thing for me. So this is my love of myself today, what’s yours?
