Take a moment right now, and find something to love about yourself, I mean honestly love about you. You may have to search a bit, but that’s ok because we usually can find the things we don’t like faster than we can the things we do. Find something that when you say it you feel it in your entire being as true. IF your mind immediately says “that’s a load of bull crap!” Or something else to that effect, then find something else BUT don’t give up on that thing that you found, try coming back to it in a day or week or two, you might be surprised that although you didn’t feel it then, you’ll feel it at a later date.
